Cadets contract for the GRFD program between their sophomore year and junior year of college. Cadets taking ROTC courses will learn management skills needed by military leaders and sought by civilian employers. ROTC cadets learn skills such as coordinating successful group efforts, tact and effective communication.
ROTC cadets learn how to motivate a team and organize large projects. They are taught the principles of management, leadership and problem solving. Qualifications The United States Army is one of the most trusted and respected institutions in America. A potential PaYS partner image should also reflect the highest of values. Interested companies or agencies should have a minimum of employees.
This quantity provides a company size that can reasonably forecast future jobs. Smaller companies will have greater difficulty in making such a forecast. The partnership welcomes established companies and public sector agencies with secure reputations. Companies currently under investigation or receiving negative press do not qualify for partnership.
