Vista explorer restarts

Finally I got the solution from one of the threads posted in this forum. Vid card does work, CPU does power up, All fans are working. Several dozen attempts to boot may produce one successful boot up then shortly I get a system freeze again.

This mostly happens when trying to bring up IE 7 but has occured once with simple Explorer. Vista was a clean install on a brand new HD worked flawlessly untill the 1st time IE 7 was used. I dunno. I'[m interested in the ComboFix in post 3 but there doesn't seem to be a link to it.
